I am a California girl who has been living in the beautiful South Pacific for the last few years.  I am a creative, silly, intuitive, spontaneous girl who’s always on the lookout for anything inspirational!

I have been transitioning to a healthier lifestyle (with an emphasis on raw living foods), for the last 3 years and have loved every minute of it!

This blog, for me will be a creative outlet, a journal, a place for me to put up my pretty pictures of my kitchen experiments, pics of this beautiful tropical island I am living in and anything else I fancy!  If along the way I inspire someone to give raw foods a go, that would be suhhhhweeeeet!
